Billing Terms and Conditions

Product prices are as listed on the website at the time your order is accepted. All payment methods will be charged at the time of placing your order. If we cannot complete your order for any reason, we will notify you and refund the cost of the items and any delivery charges.

All delivery costs are included at checkout; no additional charges will be made. By completing the checkout process, you agree to be charged for the total order amount, including any subscription items where applicable, and accept our Terms of Service.

Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. Certain circumstances may limit or exclude refunds, such as for non-refundable products or services.

Subscription services may be canceled at any time by contacting us directly. Cancellations must be requested before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the following cycle.

Subscribe & Save

Customers may subscribe to products marked with the Subscribe & Save option. To make changes or cancel your subscription, please contact us at hello@mamasupps.com before the next billing cycle.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, email hello@mamasupps.com as soon as possible. Orders already shipped cannot be canceled; in that case, you may return the product to our return address for a refund.
