Billing Terms and Conditions:

The price of the products will be the price quoted on the website at the time we accept your order.

All payment methods will be charged and debited at the time of placing an order. If for any reason we are unable to complete your order we will inform you at the earliest opportunity and refund the cost of these items and any delivery charges.

Any and all delivery costs will be included in your order charge, and no further charges will be made.

You may order products from this website (Mamasupps.com) by submitting a completed order form through the checkout procedure. By completing the checkout procedure you agree for your payment method to be charged the total amount of the order, or charged recurrently for subscription items where applicable. By completing the checkout procedure and placing an order you agree to accept our Terms of Service.

 

3. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds may be provided in accordance with our refund policy, which is available on our website or upon request. We reserve the right to refuse or limit refunds in certain circumstances, such as for non-refundable products or services.

You may cancel your subscription or services at any time by contacting us directly. Cancellation requests must be submitted before the start of the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following cycle.

Subscribe & Save

Customers may subscribe to Mamasupps products that have the subscribe & save option on the product page. 

If changes need to be made to the subscription or if the subscription needs to be cancelled please contact us at hello@mamasupps.com before the start of the subsequent billing cycle.

Cancellations:

If you need to cancel your order, please let us know by sending us an email to hello@mamasupps.com. However, if your order has already shipped out, we won't be able to cancel your order. You will need to wait to receive your order and then send it back to our return address to obtain a refund.

Confidentiality:

We will not share any confidential information you provide to us with any third party without your express written consent.
