Refund & Return Policy

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To qualify, items must be unopened, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

How to Initiate a Return

Please email us at hello@mamasupps.com to start your return. Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Items returned without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt. If you find that an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@mamasupps.com. We will evaluate the issue and either replace the item or provide a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened products with the security seal removed
  • Gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please reach out before sending it back.

Exchanges

To exchange a product, first submit a return request. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Delayed Refunds
