Refund & Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unopened, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

 

To initiate a return please contact us at hello@mamasupps.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon delivery and immediately notify Mamasupps if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right for you by replacing the defective item or by providing a refund.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

There are returns exceptions to certain items found on our website. Due to the nature of the supplement products found on Mamasupps, products that have been opened with the security seal removed are not eligible for a return or refund.

    We do not accept returns on gift cards.

     

    Exchanges

    If you would like to make an exchange please initiate a return request with us and return the item. Once the return is accepted you may make a separate purchase for the new item. 

    Refunds

    Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
