We collect phone numbers only when voluntarily provided, for example during purchases, inquiries, or signing up for SMS promotions. Opt-in occurs via the welcome pop-up for new users or through the checkout SMS sign-up option.

Use of Phone Numbers for SMS

Your phone numbers are used to provide personalized services, updates, and promotional offers related to Mamasupps products or services. Special discounts and offers may also be sent via SMS. Carrier charges may apply. Phone numbers are only shared with our SMS provider, Klaviyo, in accordance with their privacy policy: https://www.klaviyo.com/legal/privacy/privacy-notice.

Opting Out of Marketing Messages

You can stop receiving SMS marketing messages at any time by texting any of the following to opt-out:

• STOP
• UNSUBSCRIBE
• CANCEL
• QUIT

The opt-out may take up to 10 business days to fully process. During this period, you may still receive some messages.

Privacy of Phone Numbers

Once opted out, you will no longer receive SMS messages. Your phone number will not be sold or transferred to third parties under any circumstances.

Changes to This Policy

Mamasupps may update this policy periodically. Significant changes will be communicated via a prominent notice on our website.
